I need to get a Hummer limo that seats 20 people for my Prom on June 1st for about 7 hours and each place charges an insane amount of money from 800 to 1000 and up. And i need a reputable affordable place.

Either they will have to pay it off, or you will inherit it!
Think about it, if you were in business already, and owed A LOT of money, and could make it just “vanish” by selling the business to someone else (your brother, maybe?). then wouldn’t you do that every time a bill came in?

In my opinion the best place to rent a car is Budget. I get a huge discount if I use my bank discount code, the have “Fast Track”, which means all I do is enter all my information (DL, Card Info) on line and when I get to the counter I just pick up the keys and go.
Also they are the only Rental Car Company that does not require you to have an actual Credit Card. You can use a debit card to hold, rent and pay the rental car with. Other companies accept debit cards only for payment but to actually drive off the lot with a rental you must have a credit card not a debit.

Ok, for my senior prom next year I want to rent a Mustang to pick up my date. I have yet to find anywhere in Huntsville, Alabama that I could rent such a car. Any idea where I could find one. I’ll be 18 by then. Would they charge me an extra fee to rent a car since I’m under 25? If so, how much?

Most rental places don’t allow people under 25 to rent vehicles so your out of luck. Best bet is to find someone you know that has that vehicle and borrow it for the night.
